🏁 Raycin Identifier Publication Policy

πŸ”’ 1. What Are Player Identifiers?

When you connect to the Raycin FiveM server, the system automatically records a set of unique identifiers such as:

  • license: (FiveM / Rockstar license ID)

  • discord: (your connected Discord ID)

  • steam: (Steam ID, if applicable)

  • fivem: (FiveM user ID)

These identifiers are used only to manage legitimate access β€” for example, to verify whitelists, maintain leaderboards, or protect the server from duplicate or banned accounts.

🧾 2. Why We Collect Them

We use these identifiers to:

  • Verify your account during connection.

  • Enforce whitelist and role permissions.

  • Detect and prevent ban evasion or abuse.

  • Maintain accurate racing statistics and logs.

This information stays within our internal systems unless specifically noted below.

🚫 3. Public Visibility

We do not publicly display or share full identifiers (like your license: ID) unless it’s necessary for transparency β€” for example, in a published ban list or whitelist confirmation.

When identifiers are published:

  • They are masked (e.g., license:********AB12).

  • They are used only to confirm identity, not to expose private data.

  • They are never linked directly to personal information such as names, emails, or IP addresses.

🧍 4. Consent and Transparency

By joining the Raycin server, you consent to the secure storage and use of these identifiers for administrative and gameplay purposes.
If you see your identifier posted publicly and wish it to be removed or anonymised, please contact us through:

πŸ“© support@raycin.com
or message a staff member in the #support channel on Discord.

We’ll review and remove or mask it within a reasonable timeframe.

πŸ›‘οΈ 5. Data Protection

We treat identifiers as sensitive internal data:

  • Stored securely on protected databases.

  • Accessible only to trusted staff.

  • Removed when no longer required for server management.

We follow UK and EU data protection principles where applicable (GDPR).

🏎️ 6. Summary

Your identifiers are used only for fair racing, community safety, and transparent moderation.
We respect your privacy, never sell or trade your data, and always use the minimum information needed to run Raycin securely and smoothly.
